Tamiflu Suspicion

Why was MHLW (Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare of Japan) struggling to support Tamiflu even after ill effects of this dangerous pill had become a social problem in Japan?
You have only to look into who will gain the most from it if you want to know who caused the incident.
You can find the name of Rumzfeld, former United States Secretary of State, in the list of the largest stockholders of the company which has a patent on this specific remedy for latest Influenza.
You may also find the name of Shultz, Rumzfeld's predecessor. I heard that CNN has reported this story in the U.S. But almost no Japanese media has carried it.
These facts show that MHLW had been busy with protecting the property of American big names.
A tributary state seems to have many tasks to do for the sake of the Empire.
