Translation makes it clear

As I wrote bellow the title of Tokyo Accent, I am trying to translate some of the articles picked up from my daily essay's archive (written in Japanese) in order to improve my English ability. I believe the best way to increase my vocabulary is to try to translate what I want to say.
But as soon as I started translation I realized that my Japanese articles included too many Japanese-oriented terms and syntaxes which are very hard to be translated into English. I guess I depended too much upon Japanese reader's common sense.
That's why I decided to consider if both Japanese and English readers can understand it when I write Japanese articles. I am sure such consideration will make Tokyo Accent more universal and hopefully comprehensive not only for domestic readers but also most of potential readers in the world.
